The Lord Jesus Christ teaches us that Scripture is how God reveals himself to us. He is a speaking God who makes himself known through his word. As heirs of the Protestant Reformation the Scriptures hold a place of particular importance, and we are committed to the principle of "Scripture Alone."

The Rev Dr Mark Thompson is the principal of Moore Theological College. He is the premier Luther scholar in Australia and is recognised around the world for his scholarship on the Protestant Reformation and his writings on Scripture. He will be speaking to us about the Bible and the Christian Life.
